研究目的：

本项目采用单中心、前瞻性、临床对照研究，以HFNC治疗为切入点，将轻-中度急性呼吸衰竭患儿分为标准氧疗组、CPAP治疗组和HFNC治疗组，系统比较三组患儿呼吸功能及影像学表现，并比较三组患儿入住PICU率、住院时间及气管插管率等指标，随访三组患儿救治成功率，无创呼吸治疗安全性及耐受性。本项研究结果将为HFNC在儿科急性呼吸衰竭早期应用提供理论依据，为HFNC治疗急性呼吸衰竭提供循证证据，并可望建立适合重庆市区县开展的儿科急性呼吸衰竭救治策略。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, single center, prospective and clinical control studies were adopted, with HFNC treatment as the starting point, the children with mild to moderate acute respiratory failure were divided into standard oxygen therapy group, CPAP treatment group and HFNC treatment group.System comparison of three groups of children with respiratory function and imaging findings, and compare the three groups of children staying in PICU rate, length of hospital stay and endotracheal intubation rate index, followed three group of children with treatment success rate, safety and tolerability of noninvasive respiratory

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)按照加拿大急性呼吸衰竭分度达到重度呼吸衰竭；
（2）慢性呼吸衰竭
（3）其他系统疾病继发的呼吸衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) according to the Canadian acute respiratory failure degree to severe respiratory failure;
(2) chronic respiratory failure;
(3) respiratory failure secondary to other system diseases.
