研究目的：

主要研究目的：评估不同麻醉管理模式下的患者临床转归。 次要研究目的： （1）疼痛、镇痛、镇静等脑状态评估指数在临床应用上的诊断性评价； （2）调查不同麻醉模式下，患者围麻醉期麻醉药物使用量的范围； （3）评估患者术中知晓、术后疼痛、术后认知功能障碍等医学事件的发生及其影响因素及其相互关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of patients under different anesthetic management patterns. Secondary objectives: (1) Diagnostic evaluation of brain state assessment indexes, such as Pain Index(Pi), Pain Threshold Index(PTi) and Wavelet Index(WLi) and etc in clinical application. (2) To investigate the scope of anesthetic medication in the perioperative period of anesthesia in different anesthetic patterns; (3)To evaluate the occurrence and risk factors of medical events, such as the patient's intraoperative awareness, postoperative pain, postoperative cognitive dysfunction, the same as the relevance between medical events and its risk factors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 脑外科手术中不适用前额贴电极片的手术；
2. 精神病或严重心理疾病患者；
3. 聋哑、智力低下、无法与研究者进行有效沟通者；
4. 拟行IV级手术中的脏器移植手术者（除移植中心外）；
5. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
6. 正在参加另一项临床试验；
7. 急诊手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient not suite for under go an operation using frontal patch electrode;
2. Psychosis or sever mental illness;
3. Deaf, cognitive deficit or intellectual disability;
4. Plan to perform organ transplant operations (surgical classification IV, except for the transplant center);
5. Lactating or pregnant;
6. Taking part in another clinical trial;
7. Emergency surgery.
