主要研究目的：探讨水凝胶微粒与酒精摄入之间的关联； 次要研究目的：探讨水凝胶微粒与谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血糖之间的关联；  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: To investigate the relationship between hydrogel micropparticles and alcohol intake; Secondary objective: To investigate the relationship between hydrogel micropparticles and alanine aminotransferase , aspertate aminotransferase, and blood glucose;

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在（或有）酒精成瘾史。 2.已知对水凝胶微粒或酒精过敏。 3.怀孕或母乳喂养。 4.肥胖症，糖尿病，高血压，冠心病，肝肾功能不全，肿瘤，肾衰竭，脑出血，脑卒中，心肺功能不全，心肌梗塞，心脏支架、人造心脏起搏器的人群。 5.精神疾病及丧失自主活动能力者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence (or existence) of a history of alcohol addiction. 2. Known hypersensitivity to hydrogel microparticles or alcohol. 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 4. People with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, tumors, kidney failure, cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, myocardial infarction, cardiac stents, artificial pacemakers. 5. Those with mental illness and loss of independent mobility.

Blood samples were collected and sent to the laboratory of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital for blood alcohol content measurement (565 nm ultra-sensitive colorimetric method). BioAssay Systems' EnzyChrom "￠alcohol assay kit (ECET-100)) was adopted in enzychrom test at time points 0min, 5min, 15min, 30min, 60min, 120min and 180min.
