研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机双盲临床试验，评估酪酸梭菌治疗小儿病毒性腹泻的疗效和安全性，为临床提供新的治疗选择。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Clostridium butyricum in the treatment of pediatric viral diarrhea through a randomized double-blind clinical trial, and to provide a new treatment option for clinical use.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对酪酸梭菌过敏者。 2.高热持续不退，存在继发性腹泻。 3.合并其他严重疾病者。 4.近期使用过其他益生菌或抗菌药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to Clostridium butyricum. 2. High fever persists, and there is secondary diarrhea. 3. Patients with other serious diseases. 4. Those who have recently used other probiotics or antibacterial drugs.
