研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨腹腔镜手术引起术后苏醒质量问题的危险因素，并观察脑氧饱和度监测与术后苏醒质量的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the risk factors for postoperative awakening quality issues caused by laparoscopic surgery and to observe the relationship between cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring and postoperative awakening quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本试验根据纳排标准筛选患者进入研究并获取书面知情同意，研究者于术前一天访视患者并完成MMSE量表评分，在手术当天患者进入手术室后，由研究者用乙醇棉球轻轻擦拭前额皮肤，将 rSO2检测仪传感电极置于患者双侧眉弓上方并覆以手术贴膜避光处理。并在入室五分钟后记录脑氧饱和度、生命体征与并进行血气分析。所有患者均实施全身麻醉，并在麻醉结束之后使用Riker评分、苏醒时间（麻醉停药到患者呼之可以睁眼并可以自动眨眼为的时间）、PACU停留时间判断患者在PACU的苏醒质量 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients were screened for eligibility based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were enrolled in the study after obtaining written informed consent.The investigator visited the patients the day before surgery and completed the MMSE scale assessment.On the day of surgery,after the patients entered the operating room,the investigator gently wiped the forehead skin with an ethanol swab and placed the rSO₂ monitoring sensor electrodes above the bilateral supraorbital ridges of the patients,which were then covered with surgical film for light protection.The cerebral oxygen saturation,vital signs,and blood gas analysis were recorded five minutes after the patients entered the operating room.All patients underwent general anesthesia.The awakening quality of patients in the PACU was assessed using the Riker Sedation-Agitation Scale,time to awakening(defined as the time from discontinuation of anesthesia to the patient's ability to open their eyes on command and blink spontaneously),and duration of stay in the PACU. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在认知功能障碍或合并影响认知功能疾病，如癫痫、痴呆、帕金森病； 2.术前有酗酒史、药物滥用史 ； 3.近六个月内发生过脑出血、脑卒中患者； 4.术前有颅脑手术与心血管手术史； 5.改为开腹手术的患者； 6.术后因各种原因转入ICU的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction or those who have diseases that affect cognitive function,such as epilepsy,dementia,and Parkinson's disease; 2.Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or drug misuse before surgery; 3.Patients who have had a cerebral hemorrhage or stroke within the past six months; 4.Patients with a history of craniocerebral or cardiovascular surgery before surgery; 5.Patients whose surgical procedure was changed to open surgery; 6.Patients who were transferred to the ICU for various reasons after surgery.
