探讨肝纤维化（HF）诱发糖尿病的相关生物标志物的研究以控制糖尿病的发生  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation biomarkers of diabetes induced by liver fibrosis (HF) in order to control the occurrence of diabetes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.a) 伴有其他肝脏疾病（如急性肝炎、肝肿瘤、脂肪肝等）；
2.b) 存在严重的凝血功能异常或出血倾向，无法安全进行肝脏穿刺活检；
3.c) 抽血部位皮肤局部感染，不能进行常规血液检查；
4.d) 拒绝签署知情同意书的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. accompanied by other liver diseases (e.g. acute hepatitis, liver tumor, fatty liver, etc.); 2. There is a severe coagulation abnormality or bleeding tendency that prevents safe liver biopsy; 3. The skin at the blood drawing site is locally infected and routine blood tests cannot be performed; 4.Patients who refuse to sign informed consent;
