研究目的：

本研究旨在评估益生菌对婴幼儿乳糖不耐受症状的改善效果，通过观察益生菌干预对患儿消化功能、临床症状（如腹泻、腹痛等）的影响，探索益生菌在缓解乳糖不耐受相关症状中的潜力，为该人群的治疗提供新的治疗方案和理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the improvement effect of probiotics on the symptoms of lactose intolerance in infants, and explore the potential of probiotics in alleviating lactose intolerance related symptoms by observing the effects of probiotics intervention on the digestive function and clinical symptoms (such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.) of children, so as to provide a new treatment plan and theoretical basis for the treatment of this population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准的患者。 2.有严重的活动性病毒或细菌感染，且未能通过治疗控制。 3.有出生时窒息史（1分钟Apgar评分＜7分）。 4.存在严重先天畸形，如消化道畸形、先天性心脏病等。 5.外周血嗜酸粒细胞增多，考虑为牛奶蛋白过敏。 6.疑似或确诊新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）。 7.母亲妊娠期存在严重感染、溶血肝酶升高及血小板减少（HELLP）综合征、肿瘤等疾病。 8.患有其他任何严重和慢性疾病，研究者认为可能影响患儿的治疗、随访或评估。包括任何未被控制的有临床意义的神经、精神疾病、免疫调节性疾病、代谢性疾病及传染病等。 9.经临床医生诊断、评估后不适合进行益生菌辅助治疗的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria. 2. Have a severe active viral or bacterial infection that is not controlled by treatment. 3. A history of birth asphyxia (1-minute Apgar score < 7). 4. There are serious congenital malformations, such as digestive tract malformations, congenital heart disease, etc. 5. Peripheral blood eosinophilia is considered to be milk protein allergy. 6. Suspected or confirmed neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) . 7. There are serious infections, elevated hemolytic liver enzymes, thrombocytopenia (HELLP) syndrome, tumors and other diseases in the mother's pregnancy. 8. Have any other serious or chronic medical condition that the investigators believe may affect the treatment, follow-up, or evaluation of the child. It includes any uncontrolled and clinically significant neurological, psychiatric, immune-regulatory, metabolic and infectious diseases. 9. Children who are not suitable for probiotic adjuvant therapy after diagnosis and evaluation by clinicians.
