研究目的：

近年来近距离照射治疗应用到恶性梗阻性黄疸患者的治疗当中并且取得了较好的治疗效果。已经证实可以延长胆管通畅时间及患者生存期。它的具体治疗方法包括125I粒子支架及125I粒子条两种方法。但哪种治疗方法更能降低胆红素水平、提高生活质量、降低并发症、延长胆管通畅时间及生存期。本文的目的是进一步寻找出治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的最佳治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

In recent years, the application of intraluminal brachytherapy (ILBT) to the biliary system has achieved local control of malignant tumors, serving to prolong biliary obstruction-free time and survival. 125I seed-loaded stents and 125I seed-strips are primary modalities of intraluminal brachytherapy for malignant biliary obstruction. However, there has not been a uniform conclusion published regarding the safety and efficacy of the two methods. Therefore, we conducted this matched cohort study to compare their safety and efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

参与者按照1：1比例随机分为125I粒子支架组合125I粒子条组。并且由专业的统计人员完成随机。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Randomization and masking: participants were randomly assigned (1:1) to receive either a 125I seed-loaded stent or a conventional 125I seed-strip. The randomization sequence was generated by computer using a procedure of proc plan. Complete random by professional statistician. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1) 良性胆管梗阻; 2) Bismuth-Corlette type IV; 3) ECOG评分 4; 4) 不合作; 5) r接受过放疗或近距离照射治疗 6) 肾功能衰竭.

Exclusion criteria：

1) benign biliary obstruction;
2) Bismuth-Corlette type IV;
3) ECOG performance status of 4;
4) non-cooperation;
5) receipt of beam radiotherapy or radiofrequency therapy; and
6) ablation renal inadequacy.
