研究目的：

为提高学生MSM自我保护意识、提升艾滋病风险认知、促进安全套的使用、减少高危性行为的发生、养成定期检测的习惯并探索高校学生MSM人群干预模式，项目拟培训学生MSM干预志愿者，招募、组建学生MSM干预队列，通过社交软件定期干预与检测促进、服务转介等活动，以社会组织志愿者作为带教教练，学生志愿者作为实际干预工作者的方式，探索“老带新”学生MSM人群网络干预队列模式。

Objectives of Study：

In order to raise students' MSM self-protection awareness, enhance HIV risk perception, promote condom use, reduce the incidence of high-risk sexual behaviors, develop the habit of regular testing, and explore the MSM population intervention model in colleges and universities, the project intends to train student MSM intervention volunteers, recruit and set up a student MSM intervention cohort, and promote regular interventions and testing through social networking software and referrals to other services, in order to explore the "old and new" student MSM population network intervention cohort model. The project aims to train student MSM intervention volunteers, recruit and form a student MSM intervention cohort, and through regular intervention and testing facilitation through social software, service referral and other activities, explore the "old and new" student MSM population network intervention cohort model by using volunteers from social organizations as teaching coaches and student volunteers as actual intervention workers.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究采用电子问卷方式进行数据采集，研究过程中将使用“问卷星”平台（www.wjx.cn）设计并发布标准化的电子版病例报告表（Case Record Form, CRF）。受试者通过手机或电脑端填写电子问卷，问卷星平台支持填写逻辑设置与数据完整性校验，以提升数据采集的规范性与准确性。数据采集完成后，研究人员将定期从问卷星平台导出原始数据，导出格式为Excel表格。数据导出后，将进行数据清理、逻辑检查及编码处理。所有研究数据均存储于研究单位加密管理的计算机内，数据文件设置权限管理，限定专人负责，确保数据安全。本研究未采用专门的电子数据采集和管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC），研究数据主要依托问卷星平台进行收集，后续数据管理与分析将在Excel和SPSS软件中进行。纸质版资料（如知情同意书等）将集中存档，统一管理，研究结束后保存不少于5年。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	In this study, an electronic questionnaire was used for data collection, and a standardized electronic case record form (CRF) will be designed and published using the "Questionnaire Star" platform (www.wjx.cn). Subjects fill in the electronic questionnaire through mobile phones or computers, and the questionnaire star platform supports filling logic settings and data integrity verification to improve the standardization and accuracy of data collection; Once the data collection is complete, the researchers will periodically export the raw data from the Questionnaire Star platform in Excel format. After the data is exported, it is cleaned up, checked logically, and encoded. All research data are stored in the computer encrypted and managed by the research unit, and the data files are set up for permission management, and a special person is designated to be responsible for ensuring data security; In this study, no special electronic data capture and management system (EDC) was used, and the research data was mainly collected based on the questionnaire star platform, and the subsequent data management and analysis will be carried out in Excel and SPSS software. Paper materials (such as informed consent, etc.) will be archived centrally, managed in a unified manner, and kept for no less than 5 years after the end of the study.
