研究目的：

本研究旨在通过综合分析ADHD儿童的核心临床表现与执行功能缺陷，以及这些表现与家庭养育环境间的相互作用，深入理解ADHD的病理机制。同时，探讨结构式家庭治疗对ADHD儿童临床症状和执行功能的影响，为改善ADHD儿童的治疗效果和家庭关系提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the pathological mechanism of ADHD by comprehensively analyzing the core clinical manifestations and executive function deficits in children with ADHD, as well as the interaction between these manifestations and the family nurturing environment. At the same time, to explore the effects of structured family therapy on the clinical symptoms and executive function of ADHD children, to provide scientific basis for improving the therapeutic effect and family relationship of ADHD children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重脑部器质性疾病及精神障碍病史； 2.存在视力、听力障碍； 3.以往因为ADHD进行过相关治疗者； 4.存在物质滥用史及其它可能影响神经结构与功能的疾病； 5.其他不适宜本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of severe cerebral organic diseases and mental disorders; 2. Presence of visual and hearing impairment; 3. Those who have undergone relevant treatment for ADHD in the past; 4. History of substance abuse and other diseases that may affect nerve structure and function; 5. Other circumstances that are not suitable for this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于余姚市第三人民医院及宁波市康宁医院儿童青少年心理门诊确诊的ADHD患者（6-12岁），通过标准化神经心理学测试、家长填写的家庭养育问卷和SNAP-IV量表收集，同时记录基线人口学特征。神经心理学测试由经培训的评估员在实验室内完成；问卷通过REDCap电子平台发放，家长在线填写后自动加密存储。采用分级权限管理：评估员通过REDCap录入数据但不可导出；统计师获授权访问脱敏数据集；所有操作日志留存备查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected from ADHD patients (6-12 years old) diagnosed in the Child and adolescent psychology outpatient department of Yuyao Third People's Hospital and Ningbo Kangning Hospital, and were collected through standardized neuropsychological tests, family parenting questionnaires filled out by parents and SNAP-IV scale, and baseline demographic characteristics were recorded. Neuropsychological tests are done in the laboratory by trained evaluators; Questionnaires are issued through REDCap electronic platform, and parents fill in the questionnaires online and store them automatically. Use hierarchical permission management: Assessors enter data through REDCap but cannot export it; The statistician is authorized to access the desensitized dataset; All operation logs are retained for future reference.
