研究目的：

通过临床病例，观察和分析验证导管位置准确率、食管插管识别率、气管插管验证时间、操作医师确信度等指标，明确便携式EtCO₂监测在院前气管插管质量评估中的实际应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical cases, observe and analyze the accuracy of catheter positioning, the identification rate of esophageal intubation, the verification time for tracheal intubation, the confidence level of the operating physician, and other indicators to clarify the practical application effect of portable EtCO₂ monitoring in the quality assessment of pre-hospital tracheal intubation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未成年人（年龄＜18岁）及孕妇；
2.精神异常的患者；
3.院前初步评估后即确认死亡的患者；
4.存在气管插管绝对禁忌证的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Minors (age < 18 years) and pregnant women; 2. Patients with mental abnormalities; 3. Patients confirmed dead after initial pre-hospital assessment; 4. Patients with absolute contraindications for tracheal intubation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

根据深圳大学总医院的规定来采集和管理相关数据。具体为：本研究全程采用电子数据采集系统（EDC）标准化管理数据，研究者依据原始记录及时准确完成病例报告表录入，经监察员审核后移交数据管理专员。录入过程将实行一人录入、一人核对的制度，确保数据准确性。所有资料按规范记录保存，敏感信息经脱敏处理，纸质及电子档案均编号归档并依法定期限留存。数据管理团队成员均接受专业培训，严格遵守法规伦理要求，全程保障受试者隐私与信息安全。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of Shenzhen University General Hospital. Specifically, this study will utilize an electronic data capture (EDC) system for standardized data management throughout the process. Researchers will complete case report form entries based on original records in a timely and accurate manner, which will then be reviewed by monitors and handed over to data management specialists. The entry process will implement a system of one person entering data and another person verifying it to ensure data accuracy. All information will be recorded and stored according to regulations, with sensitive information processed to remove identifiers. Both paper and electronic files will be numbered and archived, retained for the legally mandated period. Members of the data management team will receive professional training and strictly adhere to legal and ethical requirements, ensuring the privacy and information security of participants throughout the process.
