主要目的：研究运用高流量氧疗技术为基础的SBT对撤机成功率的影响。 次要目的：探讨高流量氧疗技术为基础的SBT在气管插管的撤机过程中的优势及应用前景。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To investigate the effect of SBT based on high flow oxygen therapy technology on the success rate of weaning. Secondary objective: To explore the role of SBTbased on high flow oxygen therapy technology in the withdrawal process of endotracheal intubation Advantages and application prospects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

实施方案：本研究纳入研究期间东南大学附属中大医院江北重症医学科气管插管及预计气管插管的患者，对所有符合入选标准的患者随机分成两组：研究组、对照组。随机方法通过 Microsoft Excel 信封法按照 1：1 比例随机分配至研究组和对照组，随机数字由 1-816 组成。 研究方法： 对照组：采用传统法 SBT 方法：将机械通气模式改为 PSV 模式，PS 水平设置在 7cmH2O，PEEP<5cmH2O，FIO2 同前参数为准，持续 30min，如果患者耐受就予以拔除气管插管，予以高流量及以下氧疗方式序贯。 研究组：暂停呼吸机通气，改为气管插管接高流量给氧。流速 40L/min，FIO2 同前为准，继续观察 30min，如果患者耐受，则提示 SBT 成功，可以拔除气管插管，予以高流量及以下氧疗方式序贯。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Implementation plan: This study included patients who underwent endotracheal intubation and were expected to undergo endotracheal intubation in the Jiangbei Intensive Care Medicine Department of Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital during the study period. All patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group. Random allocation was performed using the Microsoft Excel envelope method in a 1:1 ratio between the study group and the control group, with random numbers ranging from 1 to 816. Research methods: Control group: Traditional SBT method was used: the mechanical ventilation mode was changed to PSV mode, with PS level set at 7cmH2O, PEEP<5cmH2O, and FIO2 based on the previous parameters, lasting for 30 minutes. If the patient tolerated it, The endotracheal tube can be removed and high flow or lower oxygen therapy can be sequentially administered. Research group: Suspend ventilator ventilation and switch to tracheal intubation for high flow oxygen supply. The flow rate is 40L/min, and FIO2 is the same as before. Continue to observe for 30 minutes. If the patient tolerates, it indicates that SBT is successful. 气管切开术患者；脊髓损伤患者；重症肌无力患者；格林-巴利综合征；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients undergoing tracheotomy;Patients with spinal cord injury;Patients with myasthenia gravis;Guillain Barre syndrome.
