Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the protective effect of exogenous melatonin supplementation on the optic nerve of primary open-angle glaucoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.a. 先天性青光眼；青少年型青光眼；继发性开角型青光眼，如外伤后、假性剥脱性或色素性青光眼；闭角型青光眼；
2.b. 既往眼表及眼内手术史；既往眼外伤史；
3.c. 角膜、晶状体、视网膜脉络膜或其他视神经疾病（翼 状胬肉、轻中度白内障除外）；
4.d. 支气管哮喘、或其他反应性气道疾病、严重心力衰 竭、窦性心动过缓、低血压和、肾脏疾病和糖尿病；
5.e. 通过病史采集得知妊娠期或哺乳期女性，有生育意 愿且不愿意接受可能影响生育能力的药物治疗的男性；
6.f. 3个月内参加任何其他临床试验并通过全身或眼部给药；
7.g. 化疗史、恶性肿瘤病史；自身免疫性或免疫抑制疾病；
8.h. 吸毒史及酗酒史；
9.i. 需要晚上值班者；长期口服褪黑素者；抑郁症患者； 服用硝苯地平或氟伏沙明、苯二氮卓类或非苯二氮卓类催眠 药（扎来普隆、唑吡坦和佐匹克隆）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital glaucoma; Juvenile glaucoma; Secondary open-angle glaucoma, such as post-traumatic, pseudoexfoliative or pigmentary glaucoma; Angle-closure glaucoma; 2. Previous history of ocular surface and intraocular surgery; Previous history of eye trauma; 3. Corneal, lens, retinochoroid or other optic nerve diseases (except pterygium, mild to moderate cataract); 4. bronchial asthma, or other reactive airway disease, severe heart failure, sinus bradycardia, hypotension, kidney disease, and diabetes; 5. Men who are known through medical history collection to be pregnant or lactating women, have a desire to have children and are unwilling to receive medical treatment that may affect fertility; 6. Participate in any other clinical trial within 3 months and administer the drug through the whole body or eye; 7. History of chemotherapy and malignant tumor; Autoimmune or immunosuppressive diseases; 8. History of drug and alcohol abuse; 9. Night watch required; Long-term oral melatonin; Patients with depression; Taking nifedipine or fluvoxamine, benzodiazepines or non-benzodiazepine hypnotics (zalyplon, Zolpidem and Zopiclone);
