研究目的：

1.明确烧伤患者胃肠动力、炎症反应、肠道屏障功能、自主神经功能变化特点； 2.明确TEA对烧伤患者创面愈合、胃肠功能障碍及肠道粘膜屏障的干预作用及其机制； 3.探讨TEA基于自主神经通路改善烧伤患者胃肠功能紊乱及粘膜屏障损伤的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Clarify the characteristics of changes in gastrointestinal motility, inflammatory response, intestinal barrier function, and autonomic nervous system function in burn patients. 2.Clarify the effects and mechanisms of TEA on wound healing, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and intestinal mucosal barrier in burn patients. 3.Explore the clinical application value of TEA in improving gastrointestinal dysfunction and mucosal barrier damage in burn patients through the autonomic nervous pathway.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并影响胃肠动力的自身免疫性疾病如多发性硬化，皮肌炎等； 2.胃肠道手术后； 3.近一周服用过促动力、抗胆碱或多巴胺拮抗剂等影响胃肠动力的药物； 4.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 5.体内存在金属植入物（例如，颅内、心脏内存在支架植入物）； 6.无法粘贴电极片行TEA、心电图及胃电图检测者； 7.有明显精神障碍及癫痫患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with autoimmune diseases that affect gastrointestinal motility, such as multiple sclerosis, dermatomyositis, etc.; 2. After gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Have taken prokinetic, anticholinergic or dopamine antagonists and other drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility in the past week; 4. Pregnant or lactating females; 5. Presence of metal implants in the body (e.g., intracranial, intracardiac stent implants); 6. Those who are unable to paste electrodes for TEA, electrocardiogram and gastric electrogram testing; 7. Patients with obvious mental disorders and epilepsy.

由研究参与人曹田宇博士。首先用Excel生成42个随机数。然后对生成的随机数从1到42编号，1号对应第一个入组患者，以此类推。最后将随机数按从小到大排序，将序号为奇数患者划定为sham-TEA对照组，为偶数患者划定为TEA治疗组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The randomization process was conducted by Dr. Cao Tianyu, a participant in the study. First, 42 random numbers were generated using Excel. These random numbers were then numbered from 1 to 42, with number 1 corresponding to the first patient enrolled, and so on. Finally, the random numbers were sorted in ascending order. Patients with odd sequence numbers were assigned to the sham-TEA control group, while those with even sequence numbers were assigned to the TEA treatment group.
