研究目的：

将超声应用于帕金森病患者的眼外肌、口咽喉部肌肉等目标器官的研究，探索相关超声参数与临床资料、磁共振参数的相关性，为临床提供较为可靠的帕金森病非运动症状中的认知障碍和吞咽障碍的诊断和鉴别诊断依据  

Objectives of Study：

The application of ultrasound to the extraocular muscles, oropharyngeal muscles and other target organs of patients with Parkinson's disease is explored to investigate the correlation between relevant ultrasound parameters and clinical data as well as magnetic resonance parameters, providing a relatively reliable basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cognitive impairment and dysphagia in non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 其他类型痴呆（AD、DLB、VaD）。 2. 严重抑郁（HAMD≥24分）或精神疾病。 3. 近6个月内有脑卒中或颅脑外伤史。 4. 非PD导致的吞咽障碍（如食管狭窄、肌病等） 5. 近3个月内有肺炎住院史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of dementia (AD, DLB, VaD). 2. Severe depression (HAMD ≥ 24 points) or mental illness. 3. History of stroke or head trauma within the last 6 months. 4. Dysphagia not caused by PD (such as esophageal stenosis, myopathy, etc.). 5. Hospitalization history for pneumonia within the last 3 months.
