研究在中国人群中,低分子量激肽原核心岩藻糖含量水平与肝纤维化发病的关联及诊断价值,以期望提供一种肝纤维化的实验室诊断血清学标志物测定新方法。  

Objectives of Study:

The study investigates the association and diagnostic value of low molecular weight kininogen core fucose content levels in the Chinese population with the onset of liver fibrosis, aiming to provide a new method for the laboratory diagnosis of liver fibrosis through the determination of serological markers.

排除标准:

(1)未能按照要求保存的样本。 (2)样本严重溶血、出现沉淀或受微生物污染。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Samples not preserved as required. (2) Samples are severely hemolyzed, exhibit precipitation, or are contaminated by microorganisms.
