随机序列和分组将由不参与本项目的第三方使用计算机随机数字发生器产生。首先，采用简单随机以1:1的比例将志愿者分为两组。之后，每组中的志愿者将根据其年龄和专业进行1:1配对。研究人员将在试验开始前一天通过电子邮件将随机号和分组情况通知志愿者。该邮件将包括数据提取表的二维码、数据提取须知和拟提取数据的相关文件。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random sequences and group assignments will be generated using a computer-based random-number generator by an independent third party. First, participants will be randomized into one of two groups in a 1:1 ratio using simple randomization. Then, participants in each group will be randomized as pairs based on their age and academic major. The research assistant will communicate the random sequence and group assignments to the enrolled participants via email one day prior to the commencement of the trial. This communication will include a Quick Response (QR) code, along with a data extraction notice and PDF files of RCTs intended for data extraction.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据的提取将使用问卷星系统在线进行。对于每个试验，提取的数据将包括随机对照试验中干预组和对照组的事件数和样本量。因此，每个试验中有2个任务。为了评估数据提取过程的效率，还将记录参与者完成提取所需的总时间。为了确保数据质量，避免参与人之间进行相互交流，提取过程将通过腾讯会议进行在线监控。本研究数据的收集将由专人负责，并且为保证数据收集质量，对数据收集者实施盲法，同时安排专门人员负责数据收集。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data extraction will be performed online using the Wenjuanxing system. For each randomized controlled trial, the extracted data will include the number of events and sample sizes for both the intervention and control groups. Consequently, each trial involves two tasks. To evaluate the efficiency of the data extraction process, the total time taken by participants to complete the extraction will be recorded. To ensure data quality and prevent communication among participants, the extraction process will be monitored online via Tencent Meeting. Data collection for this study will be carried out by dedicated personnel. To maintain the integrity of the data collection process, blinding will be implemented for the data collectors, with specialized staff assigned to oversee the data collection procedures.
