研究目的:

研究机械通气患者的呼吸努力与微误吸之间的相关性。研究通过痰液、肺泡灌洗液和声门下分泌物的α-淀粉酶浓度来识别微误吸。  

Objectives of Study:

This study investigates the correlation between respiratory effort and microaspiration in mechanically ventilated patients. Microaspiration is detected by measuring alpha-amylase concentrations in sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), and subglottic secretions.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.招募前一个月内住院或有住院史; 2.过去 12 个月内有心血管或脑血管事件史; 3.怀孕; 4.晚期癌症患者或处于疾病晚期; 5.活动性神经或肌肉疾病; 6.脑昏迷、脑死亡或癫痫持续状态的患者; 7.严重的精神健康问题(如伴有精神病特征的抑郁症、双相情感障碍或精神分裂症); 8.正在接受神经肌肉阻滞剂的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Hospitalized or have a history of hospitalization within one month prior to recruitment; 2. History of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events within the past 12 months; 3. pregnant; 4. Patients with advanced cancer or advanced disease; 5. Active neurological or muscular disease; 6. Patients with cerebral coma, brain death, or status epilepticus; 7. Serious mental health problems (such as depression with psychotic features, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia); 8. Patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs).
