Objectives of Study：

1. Improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation: elderly hip fracture surgery is often accompanied by problems such as delirium, joint inflammation and muscle damage, which may affect the patient's rehabilitation process and quality of life. By studying the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for these problems, new treatment strategies can be provided to improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation of patients. 2. Promote the development of geriatric medicine: This study will help to expand the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the field of geriatrics, provide a new way for the treatment and rehabilitation of geriatric diseases, and promote the further development of geriatric medicine. 3. Exploring new ways of treatment: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has shown some efficacy in other areas, such as promoting wound healing and reducing inflammation. Studying its application in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery will help explore new ways to treat postoperative complications and provide more options for clinical practice. 4. Improve prognosis: Effectively control postoperative delirium, joint inflammation and muscle damage in elderly patients, help reduce the occurrence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce mortality, and thus improve the overall prognosis of patients. 5. Academic value: This study will help expand the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the field of elderly hip fracture and postoperative cognitive dysfunction, enrich the academic knowledge in related fields, and provide a basis and reference for follow-up research. 6. Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重的心脏、肺部、肾脏等系统性疾病，影响高压氧治疗安全性的患者； 2.有高压氧治疗禁忌证的患者，如未经治疗的气胸、中耳疾病等； 3.患有严重的精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合研究的患者； 4.正在接受其他可能影响研究结果的治疗，如免疫抑制剂、激素等； 5.合并髋关节骨关节炎、其他部位骨折和损伤患者； 6.术后出现严重并发症，如急性肾功能衰竭、严重感染等，可能影响研究评估的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious cardiac, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases that affect the safety of hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 2. Patients with contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, such as untreated pneumothorax, middle ear disease, etc.; 3. Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the study; 4. Receiving other treatments that may affect the results of the study, such as immunosuppressants, hormones, etc.; 5. Patients with hip osteoarthritis, fractures and injuries at other sites; 6. Patients with serious complications after surgery, such as acute renal failure, serious infection, etc., which may affect the study evaluation.
