纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

苯二氮卓类药物过敏 术前已有睡眠障碍 MMSE＜27分 术前使用过阿片类药物 酗酒史 显著的肾功能或肝功能障碍 显著的心肺不稳定 已参与其他临床试验 急性角型青光眼 重症肌无力

Exclusion criteria：

Benzodiazepine allergy Preoperative sleep disturbance MMSE < 27 points Preoperative opioid use History of alcoholism Significant renal or hepatic dysfunction Significant cardiopulmonary instability Has participated in other clinical trials Acute angular glaucoma Myasthenia gravis

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

通过计算机生成的随机对照表，将研究对象分成 2 组别，比例为 1：1。随机分组信息放入信封中，该信封被密封并且不透明，并对信封进行编码。一位未参与研究的主治麻醉医生在麻醉前打开了密封的信封，并根据分组对研究对象使用瑞马唑仑或者丙泊酚。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using a computer-generated randomization table, the study subjects were divided into two groups with a 1:1 ratio. The randomization information was placed into sealed, opaque envelopes, and each envelope was coded. A senior anesthesiologist not involved in the study opened the sealed envelope before anesthesia and use remimazolam or propofol for the research subjects according to the grouping.
