研究目的：

通过最优的颈过伸体位对降低甲状腺术后咽喉疼痛发生率的研究，预防、降低患者术后咽喉疼痛，提高患者舒适度，促进早日康复，缩短住院日，提高满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

A study on optimal neck hyperextension positioning to reduce the incidence of post-thyroidectomy sore throat: Preventing and alleviating postoperative pharyngeal pain, improving patient comfort, promoting early recovery, shortening hospital stays, and enhancing satisfaction. ​​​

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.异位甲状腺，不符合甲状腺肿瘤手术标准； 2.既往有颈椎病、偏头痛、甲亢、哮喘、咽喉炎等疾病； 3.精神疾病，无法有效沟通； 4.严重基础疾病(严重的糖尿病、高血压、肺功能不全、感染等)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ectopic thyroid gland (not meeting standard thyroid tumor surgical criteria); 2. History of cervical spondylosis, migraine, hyperthyroidism, asthma, or pharyngitis; 3. Psychiatric disorders impairing effective communication; 4. Severe comorbidities (including uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, pulmonary insufficiency, or active infections).

双盲，患者不知晓分组，护士不知晓患者颈过伸体位角度：一位护士进行体位训练枕准备，另一位护士在不知晓体位训练枕角度情况下执行

Blinding：

Double-blind design: Patients are unaware of group allocation, and nurses are blinded to cervical hyperextension angles during positioning. while one nurse preset the cervical positioning pillows according to randomization angles, the operating room nurse performing the actual neck positioning remained deliberately blinded to these angle specifications throughout the procedure.
