研究目的：

本研究所采用的认知重评团体辅导是以增强受试者认知重评能力为直接目的，即培养安宁疗护护士积极、合理评价情绪触发事件的能力，进而间接改善安宁疗护护士共情疲劳水平。研究目标为：1）探究共情疲劳干预方案对提高安宁疗护护士认知重评能力和死亡应对能力的效果；2）评价认知重评对安宁疗护护士共情疲劳水平的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The cognitive reappraisal group counseling adopted by this research institute aims directly at enhancing the cognitive reappraisal abilities of the subjects, that is, to cultivate the ability of hospice nurses to positively and reasonably evaluate emotional triggering events, thereby indirectly improving the level of compassion fatigue among hospice nurses. The research objectives are: 1) to explore the effects of the compassion fatigue intervention program on improving the cognitive reappraisal abilities and death coping abilities of hospice nurses; 2) to evaluate the improvement effect of cognitive reappraisal on the level of compassion fatigue among hospice nurses.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.产、休假及外出培训学习者 2.进修的护士 3.研究期间退出者 4.已取得心理咨询师等资质的护士 5.患有明显影响机体激素水平的疾病或需长期服药的护士 6.处于哺乳期，妊娠期或绝经期的护士

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants who are on maternity leave, vacation, or attending training or study outside the workplace. 2. Nurses who are undergoing further training or study. 3. Participants who withdraw during the study period. 4. Nurses who have already obtained qualifications as psychological consultants or other relevant certifications. 5. Nurses who have diseases that significantly affect hormone levels or who need to take medication long-term. 6. Nurses who are in the lactation period, pregnancy period, or menopause period.

干预方式：采取线上视频学习，线下团体培训加主题活动的形式，设计为 8 个单元，每个单元有一个主题，包括课堂授课、视频讲解、案例分析、游戏互动、小组交流多种形式。每单元结束时都有讨论及意见反馈，后续活动内容根据反馈结果及时调整。

因情绪受所采取的调节策略影响较大，故干预前个体间差异主要以情绪调节策略量表（评估使用认知重评的频率）控制，并对比其得分及性别、工作年限、学历、年龄、等对情绪调节有影响的指标，尽量排除个体差异；以分层随机法分组，尽量减少非处理因素影响

Since emotions are greatly influenced by the regulatory strategies adopted, individual differences before the intervention are primarily controlled by the Emotional Regulation Strategy Scale (which assesses the frequency of using cognitive reappraisal). The scores on this scale, along with factors such as gender, years of work experience, education level, and age that affect emotional regulation, are compared to minimize individual differences. Participants are grouped using stratified randomization to minimize the impact of non-treatment factors.
