探究膀胱过度活动症(OAB)患者肠道微生态结构特征和谷氨酸棒状杆菌与OAB之间的关系及预测价值。探讨谷氨酸棒状杆菌对OAB的作用及潜在调控途径，为肠道菌群作为 OAB 治疗的潜在靶点奠定研究基础  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the characteristics of intestinal microecological structure in patients with overactive bladder (OAB), the relationship and predictive value between Lactobacillus reuteri and OAB, and to investigate the role of Lactobacillus reuteri in OAB and its potential regulatory pathways, laying a research foundation for intestinal microbiota as a potential therapeutic target for OAB

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1：确诊尿路感染患者； 2：4周内服用过抗生素者;3:长期留置胃管或2周内行胃肠减压操作的患者； 4：2周内有任何肠道侵入性操作者； 5：3月内服用过治疗下尿路功能障碍药物的患者； 6：怀疑或确诊有消化道疾病者； 7：处于妊娠、哺乳期的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with confirmed urinary tract infection; 2: Those who have taken antibiotics within 4 weeks; 3: Patients with long-term gastric tube retention or undergoing gastrointestinal decompression within 2 weeks; 4: Those who have undergone any intestinal invasive procedures within 2 weeks; 5: Patients who have taken drugs for lower urinary tract dysfunction within 3 months; 6: Those suspected or diagnosed with digestive tract diseases; 7: Pregnant or lactating patients.
