研究目的：

本研究拟以无锡地区自然人群筛查为对象建立研究队列，基于血清学研究方法探讨分析引起胃癌/癌前病变的危险因素，构建胃癌/癌前病变新型预测模型，筛选胃癌高危人群，并进一步利用筛查人群验证该模型的诊断效能，建立社区胃癌精准筛查新方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to establish a cohort of natural population screening in Wuxi to explore and analyze the risk factors of gastric cancer or precancerous lesions based on serological methods. It constructs a new predictive model of gastric cancer or precancerous lesions and screens the high-risk groups of gastric cancer, and further validates the diagnostic efficacy of the model by using the screened populations, so as to establish a new program of accurate screening for gastric cancer in the community.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并自身免疫性疾病或其他恶性肿瘤；
2、研究者认为患者有潜在风险或有干扰患者的任何其他因素；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with co-morbid autoimmune diseases or other malignant tumors;
2.Any other factor that the investigator believes the patient is potentially at risk or that interferes with the patient's;
