研究目的：

1.探索外泌体中CircRNA与冠脉搭桥术后认知功能障碍发生的关系 2.寻找冠脉搭桥术后认知功能障碍的血浆特异性诊断标志物 3.探寻冠脉搭桥术后认知功能障碍发生的分子机制  

Objectives of Study：

Our specific goals will first to evaluate the association between circRNA in serum exosome and POCD after CABG.And secondly, we want to find a circRNA as more specific biomarker assist to the diagnosis of POCD. Finally, we will explorate the pathway of the POCD after CABG.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

手术前患者发生过心源性休克，不能识字，术前mmse评分小于等于24分，听力障碍，视力障碍，术前发生过癫痫，酗酒，广泛性焦虑

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperatively, the patient had cardiogenic shock and could not be literate. The preoperative MMSE score was less than 24 points, hearing impairment, visual impairment, preoperation epilepsy, alcoholism, and widespread anxiety.
