研究目的：

1.探索青少年抑郁伴有睡眠障碍的脑功能机制； 2.考察重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）技术对青少年抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the brain function mechanism of adolescent depression accompanied by sleep disorders; 2. To investigate the therapeutic effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) technology in adolescent patients with depression and sleep disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合DSM-V诊断标准； 2.有神经系统疾病史； 3.有药物及酒精依赖史； 4.近3个月有接受无抽搐电休克治疗； 5.年龄在小于12或者大于18岁； 6.学历低于小学； 7.中国修订韦氏成人智力量表的4个分测验(常识、算术、相似性、数字广度)估计总智商(Intelligence Quotient, IQ)<70； 8.不配合的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not meet DSM-V diagnostic criteria; 2. Have a history of neurological diseases; 3. History of drug and alcohol dependence; 4. Have received non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the past 3 months; 5. Age less than 12 or older than 18 years old; 6. Educational background is lower than that of primary school; 7. The total Intelligence Quotient (IQ) estimated by the four sub-tests (general knowledge, arithmetic, similarity, and numerical breadth) of the Chinese revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale <70; 8. Uncooperative subjects.
