研究目的：

评估颈深淋巴管-静脉吻合术（LVA）在阿尔茨海默病患者中的初步疗效，重点评估其对认知功能及生活质量的改善作用。通过明确研究人群、研究因素、结局及研究方法，为颈深淋巴管-静脉吻合术在阿尔茨海默病治疗中的应用提供科学依据为后续高质量临床研究提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of deep cervical lymphatic vessel-venous anastomosis (LVA) in patients with Alzheimer's disease, with a focus on its improvement of cognitive function and quality of life. By clarifying the study population, research factors, outcomes and research methods, it provides a scientific basis for the application of deep cervical lymphatic vessel-venous anastomosis in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and lays the foundation for subsequent high-quality clinical research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴随严重的其他神经系统疾病（如帕金森病、中风等）；
2.有严重心肺疾病或外科手术禁忌（如凝血功能障碍）；
3.近6个月内接受过其他与阿尔兹海默病治疗相关的试验性疗法；
4.严重精神疾病或无法配合随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Accompanied by serious other neurological diseases (e.g. Parkinson's disease, stroke, etc.);
2.Have serious cardiopulmonary disease or surgical contraindications (e.g. coagulation dysfunction);
3.Have received other experimental therapies related to Alzheimer's disease treatment within the past 6 months.
4.Severe mental illness or inability to cooperate with follow-up.
