研究目的：

（1）通过随机对照试验评价炎症性肠病患者创伤后成长促进方案对创伤后成长和反刍性沉思的影响。 （2）通过随机对照试验调查炎症性肠病患者创伤后成长促进方案对情绪调节、积极应对、疾病接受度、领悟社会支持、内在力量、疾病认知的影响。 （3）调查接受该疗法的炎症性肠病患者的干预体验及意见。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To evaluate the effects of a posttraumatic growth (PTG) promotion program on posttraumatic growth and ruminative thinking in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) through a randomized controlled trial. (2)To investigate the impact of the PTG promotion program on emotional regulation, positive coping, illness acceptance, perceived social support, inner strength, and illness cognition in patients with IBD through a randomized controlled trial. (3)To explore the intervention experiences and feedback of patients with IBD who received the PTG promotion program.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并心脑血管、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病； 2.合并结肠癌等其他严重并发症者； 3.合并精神疾病或认知障碍者； 4.孕妇及哺乳期患者； 5.接受过或者正在接受任何形式的心理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe primary diseases involving the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, or renal systems; 2. Patients with severe complications such as colorectal cancer; 3. Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairments; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Patients who have previously received or are currently undergoing any form of psychological intervention.

Blinding：

Blinding of Outcome Assessors and Statistical Analysts: Given the particular nature of psychological interventions, blinding procedures were implemented for both outcome assessors and statistical analysts. Outcome Assessors: Researchers responsible for collecting questionnaire data did not participate in the intervention and were blinded to group allocation. Statistical Analysts: Data analysis was conducted in a blinded manner, with group labels coded as Group A and Group B. Group identities were not revealed until the completion of the statistical analysis.
