本研究旨在从代际差异视角出发,研究不同代际特征护士的工作形塑行为特征,并探索代际特征对工作形塑行为的影响机制,帮助我们理解护士的工作形塑行为,以期为护理管理及实践提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore the characteristics of job crafting behaviors among nurses from different generational cohorts from the perspective of intergenerational differences, and to investigate the mechanisms through which generational characteristics influence job crafting behaviors. By enhancing our understanding of nurses' job crafting behaviors, this research seeks to provide a foundation for nursing management and practice.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.已上交辞职报告,尚未离院;
2.因休假(病、产、事、年假)、学习、出差等无法参与调查者;
3.进修、规培、院内轮转、实习护士。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Submitted a resignation report but have not yet left the hospital;
2.Unable to participate in the survey due to leave (sick leave, maternity leave, personal leave, annual leave), study, or business trips;
3.Nurses on further training, standardized training, internal rotation within the hospital, or are intern nurses;

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用线上问卷调查方式收集护士工作形塑行为数据,数据采集时间为2025年3月至2025年6月。研究通过多渠道招募符合条件的护士参与,严格把控问卷设计、数据完整性和一致性,确保数据质量,并对数据进行安全存储与定期备份,以保障研究的科学性和可靠性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study employed an online questionnaire survey to collect data on job crafting behaviors among nurses, with the data collection period spanning from March to June 2025. Participants were recruited through multiple channels, and stringent measures were implemented to ensure the quality of the data by rigorously controlling the questionnaire design, data integrity, and consistency. Additionally, the data were securely stored and regularly backed up to safeguard the scientific validity and reliability of the research.
