研究目的：

NLRP3炎症复合体可能与口腔疾病或肠息肉密切相关，但关于口腔和肠道菌群、NLRP3炎症复合体、结直肠息肉三者之间的相关性正式尚未见报道。因此，本研究拟采用病例对照研究，通过检测结直肠息肉患者和健康对照者的口腔和肠道菌群以及外周静脉血和肠道组织中NLRP3、ASC、Caspase-1、IL-1β、IL-18的表达情况，建立口腔菌群和肠道菌群联合诊断结直肠息肉的模型，分析口腔和肠道特异性菌群与宿主炎症状态的相关性，探索口腔和肠道菌群、NLRP3炎症复合体、结直肠息肉三者之间的相关性（两两之间的相关性），以期从口腔和肠道微生物以及宿主免疫炎症反应层面，为结直肠息肉的诊断、预后评估提供新的生物标志物，并为临床防治提供新的靶向治疗策略，积极防止结直肠息肉癌变的发生发展，目前国内外少见研究报道。本研究具有显著的临床实践意义和社会经济效益，其研究成果能够很好的进行临床转化，一方面，某些口腔和肠道菌群可作为结直肠息肉患者的辅助诊断指标，发现有特异性菌群变化时及时建议患者行消化系统的检查和评估，以期结直肠息肉患者能尽早诊治。另一方面，对已确诊的结直肠息肉患者应加强口腔卫生宣教，使之掌握充足的口腔健康知识和行为，定期进行口腔检查，降低口腔致病菌群，积极采用多学科综合预防和治疗的方法，继而提高患者全身的功能状态和生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a case-control study was intended to establish a model for the combined diagnosis of colorectal polyps by detecting the expressions of oral and intestinal flora, ASC, Caspase-1, IL-1β and IL-18 in patients with colorectal polyps and healthy controls, as well as peripheral venous blood and intestinal tissue. To analyze the correlation between oral and intestinal specific flora and host inflammatory status, and explore the correlation between oral and intestinal flora, NLRP3 inflammatory complex, and colorectal polyps (pin-pin-two correlation), with a view to providing new biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of colorectal polyps from the perspective of oral and intestinal microorganisms and host immune inflammatory response. It also provides a new targeted treatment strategy for clinical prevention and treatment, and actively prevents the occurrence and development of colorectal polyp canceration.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝参加此项目； 2.患者认知障碍，不能配合研究者； 3.患者诊断为家族性腺瘤性息肉病或遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌，或家系中有明显的家族遗传倾向者，合并其他消化系统疾病、肛肠疾病者； 4.感染性疾病；如呼吸道、消化道、泌尿系、生殖系统急慢性感染等； 5.有系统性疾病史者：心脑肝肾等重要脏器严重病变者，如器官功能障碍：如肝硬化、肾衰竭等（有严重心、肝、肾功能不全者）； 6.免疫性疾病：如结缔组织病、类风湿关节炎等； 7.血液系统疾病（有原发性血脂异常疾病，或近3个月服用调脂药）； 8.恶性肿瘤，接受过放化疗治疗者； 9.BMI小于18.5kg/m^2或BMI大于32kg/m^2 或严重营养不良； 10.合并有糖尿病（含1型及2型）、痛风等慢性代谢性疾病； 11.既往胃肠道手术史，既往因息肉或肿瘤有肠道手术史的患者； 12.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女； 13.无牙颌的患者； 14.在过去6个月有牙周治疗史的患者； 15.口内有固定矫治器的患者； 16.近1个月内使用益生菌、微生态活菌制剂、抗生素、二甲双胍、质子泵抑制剂、黄连素、导泻剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refused to participate in this project. 2. The patient has cognitive impairment and is unable to cooperate with the researcher. 3. Patients diagnosed with familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer, or those with a clear familial genetic predisposition in the family, and those with other digestive system diseases or anorectal diseases; 4. Infectious diseases; Such as acute and chronic infections of the respiratory tract, digestive tract, urinary system, reproductive system, etc. 5. Those with a history of systemic diseases: Those with severe lesions in vital organs such as the heart, brain, liver and kidneys, such as organ dysfunction: such as liver cirrhosis, renal failure, etc. (those with severe insufficiency of heart, liver and kidney functions); 6. Immune diseases: such as connective tissue diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. 7. Blood system diseases (with primary dyslipidemia or taking lipid-regulating drugs in the past 3 months); 8. Malignant tumors, those who have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment; 9.BMI less than 18.5kg/m ² or BMI greater than 32kg/m ² or severe malnutrition; 10. Complicated with chronic metabolic diseases such as diabetes (including type 1 and type 2) and gout; 11. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery or intestinal surgery due to polyps or tumors in the past; 12. Pregnant and lactating women; 13. Patients with edentulous jaws; 14. Patients who have had periodontal treatment in the past six months; 15. Patients with fixed orthodontic appliances in their mouths; 16. Within the past month, probiotics, microecological live bacteria preparations, antibiotics, metformin, proton pump inhibitors, berberine, and laxatives have been used.
