研究目的：

总体目标： 描述单次使用不同烟草制品时吸烟者体内烟碱代谢动力学特征，并比较不同类型烟草制品的烟碱代谢水平。 具体目标： （1） 对传统卷烟、加热卷烟、雾化烟草制品、口含烟和不含烟草口含烟的烟碱代谢动力学进行评估，描述单次使用不同烟草制品后烟碱在人体内的吸收和代谢的动态变化规律，并进行比较分析； （2） 采取视觉模拟量表对不同烟草制品的滥用潜力进行调查和评价； （3） 不同烟草制品使用者主观感受进行调查和评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Overall Objectives: To describe the nicotinic metabolism kinetics characteristics of smokers during a single use of different tobacco products, and to compare the nicotine metabolism levels of different types of tobacco products. Specific Objectives: (1) To evaluate the nicotine metabolism kinetics of traditional cigarettes, heated cigarettes, atomized tobacco products, oral tobacco and non-tobacco oral cigarettes, describe the dynamic changes of nicotine absorption and metabolism in the human body after a single use of different tobacco products, and conduct comparative analysis; (2) visual analogue scales were used to investigate and evaluate the abuse potential of different tobacco products; (3) Investigate and evaluate the subjective feelings of different tobacco product users.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准研究对象若符合以下任一条件，将被排除在本研究之外： 1. 医学禁忌： • 患有恶性肿瘤。 • 患有哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）。 • 患有冠心病。 • 患有糖尿病。 • 患有自身免疫性疾病。 • 严重肝肾功能不全（Child-Pugh 分级≥B 级）。 • 患有急/慢性呼吸系统疾病。 • 患有急/慢性消化系统疾病。 • 患有急/慢性肝脏/肾脏疾病。 • 患有心血管疾病。 • 患有免疫系统疾病或过敏性疾病。 • 患有精神疾病。 2. 行为禁忌： • 酒精滥用，日均纯酒精摄入量超过25克。 • 有非法药物使用史。 • 近3个月内参与过其他临床试验或使用过戒烟药物。 3. 特殊人群： • 月经期女性。 • HIV/AIDS感染者。 • 有3个月内戒烟意愿或使用过戒烟产品的个体。 4. 其他排除条件： • 依从性差。 • 不能或不愿意提供知情同意书。 • 不具有法律能力或法律能力受到限制。 • 研究者认为不适合参加本研究的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria Study subjects will be excluded from this study if they meet any of the following conditions: 1. Medical contraindications: - Suffer from malignant tumours. - Suffers from asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). - Coronary heart disease (CHD). - Diabetes mellitus. - With autoimmune diseases. - Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh class >= B). - Acute/chronic respiratory disease. - Acute/chronic gastrointestinal disease. - Acute/chronic liver/kidney disease. - Cardiovascular disease. - Cardiovascular disease. Immune system disease or allergic disease. - Mental illness. 2. Behavioural contraindications: - Alcohol abuse, average daily intake of more than 25 grams of pure alcohol. - History of illicit drug use. - Participation in other clinical trials or use of smoking cessation medications within the last 3 months. 3. Special Populations: - Menstruating women. - People living with HIV/AIDS. - Individuals who wish to quit smoking within 3 months or who have used smoking cessation products. 4. 4. Other exclusion criteria: - Poor compliance. - Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent. - Not legally competent or limited in legal capacity. - Any other condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, makes participation in the study inappropriate.
