通过前瞻性随访队列研究，探索对青少年精神障碍转化风险有早期识别作用的个体化脑电-眼动融合指标体系，开发青少年精神障碍早期识别技术，为实现精准的疾病早期诊断、指导适宜的早期干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to ‌explore a personalized EEG-eye movement integrated biomarker framework‌ through a ‌prospective longitudinal cohort design‌ to identify early indicators of psychiatric disorder conversion risk in adolescents. The research will ‌innovate early detection technologies‌ for mental disorders, providing a ‌scientific foundation‌ for achieving ‌precision early diagnosis‌ and guiding ‌targeted early interventions‌.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.现在或既往被诊断为谵妄、痴呆或其他认知障碍、智力发育障碍、躯体疾病所致精神障碍或精神活性物质所致精神障碍，或头部外伤史等；
2.有酒精和/或药物滥用或依赖史；
3.有严重或不稳定的躯体疾病；
4.IQ ≤70；
5.视力及听力存在问题影响研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Current or previous diagnosis of ‌delirium,dementia‌, ‌cognitive disorders‌,intellectual developmental disorder, mental disorders due to physical illnesses‌ or ‌substance-induced mental disorders‌, history of ‌head trauma, et al. 2. History of ‌alcohol and/or drug abuse/dependence‌‌; 3. Presence of ‌severe or unstable physical illnesses‌‌; 4.‌ IQ <= 70; 5. Vision or hearing impairments‌ affecting study participation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究将采用脑电记录设备和桌面式眼动仪采集脑电-眼动数据。数据保存与管理遵循完整、有序与安全的原则。本研究中采用病例报告表（CRF）进行数据收集，有专人负责数据的保存与管理，保证资料存放在安全的位置，防止受试者信息泄露。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will employ ‌EEG recording devices‌ and ‌desktop-mounted eye trackers‌ to collect ‌EEG-eye movement data‌. Data storage and management will adhere to principles of ‌integrity‌, ‌organization‌, and ‌security‌. ‌Case Report Forms (CRFs)‌ will be used for data collection, with ‌assigned personnel‌ overseeing secure data storage and management to ensure materials are kept in protected locations and ‌prevent breaches of participant confidentiality‌.
