研究目的：

随着青少年心理健康问题的日益增加，非自杀性自伤行为（NSSI）成为一个重要的公共卫生问题，尤其是在住院青少年中。现有的筛查工具未能满足这一特殊群体的评估需求。本研究旨在开发一套针对住院青少年的NSSI评估量表，提升评估的准确性和临床适用性。通过关注情绪调节机制和住院环境特有的因素，该工具将改善早期识别和干预效果，减少NSSI的发生，减轻照护者负担，提升青少年生活质量。此外，本研究还将为NSSI的行为管理提供证据支持，推动青少年心理健康护理的发展。本研究旨在开发一套符合我国国情的基于最佳证据总结的《住院青少年非自杀性自伤行为管理方案》，并探索此方案的有效性和可执行性。以期降低青少年非自杀性自伤观念及发生率、促进患者健康结局。  

Objectives of Study：

As mental health issues among adolescents continue to rise, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) has emerged as a significant public health concern, particularly among hospitalised adolescents. Existing screening tools fail to meet the assessment needs of this specific population. This study aims to develop a NSSI assessment scale tailored for hospitalised adolescents, enhancing the accuracy and clinical applicability of the assessment. By focusing on emotional regulation mechanisms and factors unique to the hospital environment, this tool will improve early identification and intervention outcomes, reduce the incidence of NSSI, alleviate the burden on caregivers, and enhance adolescents' quality of life. Additionally, this study will provide evidence-based support for NSSI behaviour management, thereby advancing the development of adolescent mental health care. This study aims to develop a hospital-based adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behaviour management programme tailored to China's national context, based on a summary of best evidence, and to explore the programme's effectiveness and feasibility. The goal is to reduce adolescents' non-suicidal self-injury beliefs and incidence rates and promote patient health outcomes.
