本项研究旨在三维立体展现腰椎管形态，精确测量腰椎管的径线、以及腰椎管容积。此外通过评估腰椎管狭窄患者的临床症状，明确腰椎管容积与VAS，ODI和FLS-25评分的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to present the three-dimensional morphology of lumbar spinal canal and. To establish a method for accurate measurement of lumbar spinal canal volume and other related parameters. and to To explore the relationship between lumbar spinal canal volume and clinical manifestations in multi-segmental lumbar spinal stenosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 排除先天性腰椎管狭窄患者、脊柱结核、外伤或肿瘤导致的腰椎管狭窄患者；
2. 曾行腰椎手术的患者；
3. 不能完成评分量表的患者，如伴精神疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital lumbar spinal stenosis, spinal tuberculosis lumbar spinal stenosis caused by trauma or tumor were excluded;
2. patients who had undergone lumbar surgery;
3. patients who could not complete the scale, such as patients with mental illness.
