研究目的：

本项研究观察右美托咪定对胃癌手术患者尿量、尿渗透压、尿Na+、尿Cl-的影响、检测不同时间点影响尿量的激素（血浆抗利尿激素，醛固酮，心房钠尿肽）变化，辅以床旁超声评估患者的肾脏血流分级及肾血管阻力指数，进一步阐明右美托咪定利尿和肾功能保护作用的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to observe the effects of dexmedetomidine on urine volume, urine osmolality, urine Na+ and urine Cl- in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery, and to detect the changes of hormones (plasma antidiuretic hormone, aldosterone, atrial natriuretic peptide) affecting urine volume at different time points, supplemented by bedside ultrasound to evaluate renal blood flow grading and renal vascular resistance index. To further clarify the mechanism of dexmedetomidine diuretic and protective effect on renal function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、术前患有窦性心动过缓或束支传导阻滞，2、右美托咪定药物过敏或有特殊禁忌症患者，3、三个月内参加过其他临床实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1, patients with sinus bradycardia or bundle branch block before surgery, 2, dexmedetomidine drug allergy or special contraindications, 3, participated in other clinical experiments within three months.

采用SPSS软件生成随机数字，按照随机数字表法将受试对象分为三组，对照组（C组）、右美托咪定0.2 μg/kg.h组（Dex1组）, 右美托咪定0.4 μg/kg.h组（Dex2组）。
