Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the application of core stability training combined with CIFTI in patients after spinal canal decompression and internal fixation surgery, aiming to explore its effects on pain levels and lumbar function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肺等系统疾病；
2.因其他疾病不能接受中频治疗仪治疗的患者；
3.不能配合行核心稳定性训练者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Merge severe heart, lung and other systemic diseases;
2.Patients who cannot receive intermediate frequency therapy due to other diseases;
3.Cannot cooperate with core stability trainers;
