研究目的:

针对经颅磁刺激在AD的临床治疗存在的主要问题,将多模态神经信号和TMS结合,探究不同参数经颅磁刺激对AD患者认知功能的调控作用及其机制,实现对AD 患者个体化经颅磁刺激精准调控方法,构建经颅磁刺激干预AD的个体化评价体系。  

Objectives of Study:

Addressing key challenges in the clinical application of TMS for Alzheimer's disease (AD), this study integrates multimodal neural signals with TMS to investigate the regulatory effects of TMS at different parameters on cognitive function in AD patients and their underlying mechanisms. The goal is to develop personalized, precise TMS modulation methods for AD patients and establish an individualized evaluation system for TMS intervention in AD.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

AD受试者的排除标准为: 1. 存在癫痫病史或其他神经系统疾病史; 2. 汉密尔顿抑郁评定量表(24-item Hamilton Depression Scale, HAMD)评分>20,符合重度抑郁症; 3. 存在视听觉障碍; 4. 有严重的慢性全身性疾病史、脑损伤史,或酒精/药物滥用史; 5. 存在任何经颅磁刺激(TMS)禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria for AD subjects were: 1. History of epilepsy or other neurological disorders; 2. Severe depression with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score >20; 3. Presence of visual or auditory impairments; 4. History of any severe chronic systemic disease, brain injury, or alcohol/substance abuse; 5. Presence of any contraindications to TMS.

iTBS stimulation was applied to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. The stimulation intensity was set at 70% of the resting motor threshold, using a burst pattern with three pulses per burst at an intraburst frequency of 50 Hz and an interburst frequency of 5 Hz. Each stimulation cycle consisted of 2 s of continuous stimulation followed by 8 s of rest; a total of 600 pulses were delivered per session, lasting 190 s. Three sessions were performed daily, with 15-minute intervals between each session.
