本研究旨在探究眨眼模式对泪膜脂质层厚度的即时影响,探究干眼患者眨眼模式改变后泪膜脂质层厚度的变化较正常人有何不同  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the Immediate Impact of blinking patterns on the thickness of the tar film lipid layer and the difference between dry eye patients and healthy controls.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.干眼组:1)NEI 角膜荧光素染色评分>5分;2)存在广泛的眼表瘢痕或影响眼表完整性的因素,如Stevens-Johnson综合征、移植物抗宿主病、既往化学性烧伤等;3)近 3个月内接受过可能影响泪膜的局部或全身性药物治疗、物理治疗等;4)近3个月行眼部手术、放疗、激光治疗,佩戴角膜接触镜;5)残障、沟通障碍或无法完成检查人士;6)荧光素钠过敏;7)其他研究者认为不适合参与此项研究的人群。
2.非干眼组:1)近 3个月内接受过可能影响泪膜的局部或全身性药物治疗、物理治疗等;2)近3个月行眼部手术、放疗、激光治疗,佩戴角膜接触镜;3)残障、沟通障碍或无法完成检查人士;4)荧光素钠过敏;5)其他研究者认为不适合参与此项研究的人群。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Dry Eye Group: 1) NEI corneal fluorescein staining score > 5 points; 2) Presence of extensive ocular surface scarring or factors affecting ocular surface integrity, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, graft-versus-host disease, or previous chemical burns; 3) Received local or systemic treatments, physical therapies, etc., that may affect the tear film within the last 3 months; 4) Underwent ocular surgery, radiotherapy, laser treatment, or wore contact lenses within the last 3 months; 5) Individuals with disabilities, communication barriers, or inability to complete examinations; 6) Allergy to sodium fluorescein; 7) Other populations deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
2.Non-Dry Eye Group: 1) Received local or systemic treatments, physical therapies, etc., that may affect the tear film within the last 3 months; 2) Underwent ocular surgery, radiotherapy, laser treatment, or wore contact lenses within the last 3 months; 3) Individuals with disabilities, communication barriers, or inability to complete examinations; 4) Allergy to sodium fluorescein; 5) Other populations deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

眼表分析仪(非接触泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度、眼红分析、睑板腺分析)和lipiview(泪膜脂质层厚度、不全眨眼次数)的每项检査均测量三次,由两名不同人员进行数据统计。数据以纸质和数字格式相结合的形式收集。临床检查记录、问卷答复(如,OSDI)被编入参与者特定的病例报告表中,并标有参与者的唯一研究编号。 所有与研究相关的变量都录入了受密码保护的Epidata数据库,这项工作由一名数据录入员进行,并由第二名工作人员手动交叉检查,以检测和纠正错误录入的数据。项目的统计员每月进行检测频率和范围检查,以识别异常值。对于所有数字信息,原始数据每天都被拷贝到外部硬盘与相应的病例报告表一起存储在病历办公室

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The Keratography 5 (non-invasive tear break-up time, tear meniscus height, eye redness analysis, meibomian gland analysis) and LipiView (lipid layer thickness, partial blink rate) each performed three measurements per examination, with data statistics conducted by two different personnel. Data were collected in a combination of paper and digital formats. Clinical examination records and questionnaire responses (e.g., OSDI) were compiled into participant-specific case report forms, labeled with the participant's unique study number. All study-related variables were entered into a password-protected EpiData database by one data entry clerk and manually cross-checked by a second staff member to detect and correct data entry errors. The project statistician conducted monthly frequency and range checks to identify outliers. For all digital information, original data were copied daily to an external hard drive and stored in the medical records office alongside the corresponding case report forms.
