研究目的：

构建基于健康信念模型的健康教育干预方案，并应用于鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者中，探讨该方案对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者营养治疗依从性的影响，为基于健康信念模型的健康教育在鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者中的应用提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a health education intervention program based on the Health Belief Model and apply it to nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy, to explore the impact of this program on the compliance of nutritional therapy among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and to provide a reference for the application of health education based on the Health Belief Model in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并心、肾、肝等严重功能障碍者； 2.意识障碍、严重心脑、精神病史或服用精神类药物者; 3.鼻咽癌复发患者； 4.存在语言沟通障碍、听力障碍以及不合作者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe dysfunctions of the heart, kidneys, liver, etc.; 2. Those with disturbance of consciousness, a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental diseases, or those taking psychiatric drugs; 3. Patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 4. Those with language communication disorders, hearing impairments, and non-cooperative individuals.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集采用纸质营养风险筛查量表（NRS2002）和病人自评-主观综合评估量表（PG-SGA），并及时进行核查防止填写错误，然后录入数据表；为保护入组患者的隐私，纸质版表格锁入专用柜中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection adopts the paper-based Nutritional Risk Screening Scale (NRS2002) and the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment Scale (PG-SGA). The data should be promptly checked to prevent filling errors, and then entered into the data sheet. To protect the privacy of the enrolled patients, the paper-based forms are locked in a dedicated cabinet.
