探究流体明胶对硬膜下肿瘤切除术后脑脊液漏的影响以及患者的愈后情况  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of fluid gelatin on cerebrospinal fluid leakage after intradural tumor resection and the prognosis of patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并血液系统疾病； 2.全身其他系统疾病对凝血系统有影响； 3.既往腰椎手术史或脊柱肿瘤、感染的患者； 4.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全和患有精神疾病的患者； 5.术前检验明显异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid hematologic diseases; 2. Other systemic diseases of the whole body have an impact on the coagulation system; 3. Patients with a history of previous lumbar spine surgery or spinal tumors or infections; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney insufficiency and mental illness; 5. Those who are obviously abnormal in preoperative examination.
