Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of different doses of esketamine sulfate gargle for preventing postoperative sore throat after laryngeal mask airway ventilation for gynecological laparoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前慢性咽喉部疼痛或/和炎症； 2.呼吸系统疾病，如气管炎、支气管炎、COPD等； 3.对硫酸镁及氯胺酮过敏者或禁忌者； 4.手术时间小于1小时或大于4小时者； 5.可疑及预计困难气道者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative chronic throat pain or/and inflammation; 2. Respiratory system diseases, such as bronchitis, bronchitis, COPD, etc.; 3. Allergic to magnesium sulfate or contraindicated; 4. Operation time less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours; 5. Suspicious and expected difficult airway.
