探讨专病一体化护理模式对重度尿道下裂患儿家长围手术期及术后焦虑抑郁的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of an integrated disease-specific nursing care model on alleviating perioperative and post-surgical anxiety and depression in parents of children with severe hypospadias.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患儿合并隐睾或性别发育异常。 2.患有严重先天性疾病。 3.家长具有严重精神障碍或认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children with cryptorchidism or sexual development disorders; 2.Children with severe congenital diseases; 3.Parents with severe mental or cognitive disorders.

On the basis of routine nursing, the patients received the disease-specific integrated nursing model. The professional nursing team consisted of the attending doctor, responsible nurse, anesthetist and full-time health educator, worked together under the leadership of the head nurse to formulate a personalized nursing plan, covering admission and preoperative care, preoperative preparation and postoperative care.
