探索益生菌和益生元干预儿童特应性皮炎患者的改善效果及其机制。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the improvement effects and mechanisms of probiotic and prebiotic interventions in children with atopic dermatitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.四类过敏性疾病为中重度的， 2.既往有严重过敏反应或过敏性休克史， 3.疫苗接种1周内， 4.急性皮肤感染， 5.存在其他严重疾病， 6.全身皮质类固醇治疗， 7.纳入研究前6周内使用益生菌，益生元或抗生素， 8.不愿意签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Four types of allergic diseases classified as moderate to severe, 2. History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylactic shock, 3. Within 1 week of vaccination, 4. Acute skin infection, 5. Presence of other severe diseases, 6. Systemic corticosteroid therapy, 7. Use of probiotics, prebiotics, or antibiotics within 6 weeks prior to study inclusion, 8. Unwillingness to sign informed consent.
