研究目的：

1、发现并完善创伤后骨感染的流行病学特征以及相关危险因素 2、发现产生创伤后骨感染耐药菌株的危险因素，阐明对其不同治疗策略的治疗效果 3、阐明早期治疗干预对于部分院内可控危险因素的干预效果 4、建立完善的创伤后骨感染危险分级评分系统及相关的早期干预治疗策略  

Objectives of Study：

1. Find the epidemiological characteristics of post-traumatic bone infection and associated risk factors; 2. Find the post-traumatic bone infection drug resistant strains of risk factors, to clarify the therapeutic effect of different treatment strategies; 3. To clarify for some early intervention in the controllable risk factors and intervention effect; 4. Establish perfect post-traumatic bone infection risk classification rating system and related early intervention treatment strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

格拉斯哥昏迷指数（Glasgow Coma Scale，GCS）大于15分 肢体III度以上烧伤 合并脊髓损伤影响下肢感觉运动

Exclusion criteria：

1. Glasgow Coma Scale over 15;
2. Over grade III burning injury;
3. Spine injury affecting motion or sensory function of lower extremities.
