回顾分析各指标与术后急性疼痛发生的相关性，得出结论得出主要影响因素。最终指导优化临床手术操作，减少患者术后疼痛的发生  

Objectives of Study：

The correlation between each index and the occurrence of postoperative acute pain was retrospectively analyzed, and the main influencing factors were concluded. Finally, it can guide the optimization of clinical operation and reduce the occurrence of postoperative pain

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.手术并发症导致的疼痛；
2.恶性肿瘤病人；
3.有出血性疾病病人；
4.曾有开放性手术病史；
5.有认知障碍或不能正常交流；
6.有严重的伴随疾病；
7.临床资料不完整或随访资料缺失者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pain caused by surgical complications;
2.Patients with malignant tumors;
3.Patients with hemorrhagic diseases;
4.History of open surgery;
5.Cognitive impairment or inability to communicate normally;
6.There are serious concomitant diseases;
7.Incomplete clinical data or missing follow-up data;
