研究目的：

分析外泌体micro RNA能否作为评估糖尿病足溃疡严重性的生物标志物，为外泌体micro RNA在糖尿病足溃疡诊断及治疗方面的临床转化应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We analyzed whether shared exosomal micro RNA can be used as a biomarker for assessing the severity of diabetic foot ulcers, and provided a basis for the translational application of exosomal micro RNA in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非糖尿病引起的足部皮肤溃疡； 2.患有严重伴随疾病的患者，包括先天性心脏病、心肌病、肝功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭、出血性疾病和恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Skin ulcers of the foot not caused by diabetes; 2. Patients with serious concomitant diseases, including congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, liver failure, renal failure, bleeding disorders, and malignant tumors;
