研究目的：

1. 主要目的研究接受左侧卧位胃镜引导下气管插管组、常规仰卧位视频喉镜气管插管组插管时间、首次插管成功率、总插管成功率、总体准备时间的比较，为临床提供左侧卧位下胃镜引导气管插管的实践依据，优化上消化道内镜手术的麻醉管理流程 2. 次要目的观察研究接受左侧卧位胃镜引导下气管插管组、常规仰卧位视频喉镜气管插管组血流动力学变化、术后不良反应及并发症发生率； 3. 探索性目的为探求优化的临床消化内镜手术麻醉方案提供依据

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: The study compares the intubation time, first-attempt success rate, overall success rate, and total preparation time between the group undergoing tracheal intubation guided by gastroscopy in the left lateral position and the group undergoing tracheal intubation using video laryngoscopy in the conventional supine position. It aims to provide practical evidence for tracheal intubation guided by gastroscopy in the left lateral position and to optimize the anesthesia management process for upper gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery. Secondary Objective: To observe the hemodynamic changes, postoperative adverse reactions, and incidence of complications among patients undergoing tracheal intubation via left lateral position with gastroscopy guidance, and conventional supine position with video laryngoscopy. Exploratory Objective: To provide evidence for optimizing clinical anesthesia protocols for digestive endoscopy surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对麻醉药物过敏者； 2.已知或预测的气道困难 (Mallampati 评分>=3，张口度< 3cm，甲颏距离< 6cm) 3.颈椎疾病；咽喉部手术病史，困难插管病史 4.不配合、无法沟通者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to anesthetic drugs; 2. Known or predicted airway difficulty (Mallampati score>=3, mouth opening< 3cm, antilloid distance < 6cm) 3. Cervical spine disease; History of laryngeal surgery, history of difficult intubation 4. Those who do not cooperate and cannot communicate

本实验采用分层区组随机化，2个组别，每组计划入组30例，按1：1比例进行随机，由研究协调员使用计算机生成的随机序列，将患者分配到左侧卧位组或仰卧位组。

This trial employed stratified block randomization, with two groups, each planned to enroll 30 participants. Randomization was performed in a 1:1 ratio. The study coordinator assigned participants to either the left lateral position group or the supine position group using a computer-generated random sequence.
