研究目的:

动态肌贴(dynamic Tape)作为新型的生物力学贴扎,近年来,研究指出其在改善臀部,手腕肌肉活动和肩关节本体感觉方面具有显著疗效。进而与肌内效贴(Kinesio taping)相比较,dynamic Tape更有效改善向心收缩诱发的踝关节趾屈肌肉疲 劳后平衡。然而,动态肌贴在缓解离心收缩引起踝部腓骨肌疲劳方面的效果尚未见报道,其对腓骨肌肉活动、本体感觉和平衡能力的影响仍需进一步验证。因此,本研究旨在从这一视角出发,比较在踝关节局部肌肉离心疲劳后,探讨DT、KT、假贴扎以及空白组四种方法对腓骨肌激活反应时间、本体感觉和静动态平衡能力的影响。通过本研究,拟期望为不同类型贴扎方法在踝关节运动损伤防护中的应用提供理论依据和实践参考。  

Objectives of Study:

As a new biomechanical tape, the dynamic Tape has been shown in recent years to have significant efficacy in improving hip and wrist muscle movement and shoulder proprioception. Compared with Kinesio taping, dynamic Tape is more effective in improving the centripetal contraction-induced fatigue and balance of the ankle toe-flexor muscles. Poststrain balance. However, the effectiveness of dynamic tape in relieving centrifugal contraction-induced fatigue of the peroneal muscles at the ankle has not been reported, and its effects on peroneal muscle activity, proprioception, and balance need to be further verified. Therefore, the present study aimed to compare the effects of four methods, DT, KT, sham taping, and a blank group, on peroneal muscle activation reaction time, proprioception, and static-dynamic balance ability after centrifugal fatigue of localized muscles in the ankle joint from this perspective. Through this study, it is proposed to expect to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the application of different types of taping methods in ankle sports injury protection.

(1)近 1 个月下肢发生过急性软组织损伤 (2)近 3 个月内发生过肌肉骨骼疾病 (3)对 DT、KT 和白贴过敏 (4)有过外科手术史 (5)视觉和前庭觉存在功能障碍

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Acute soft tissue injury to the lower extremities in the last 1 month (2) Musculoskeletal disorders in the last 3 months (3) Allergy to DT, KT, and white stickers (4) History of surgery (5) Visual and vestibular dysfunction.

共24个样本量组成一组,每个参试者均会接受4种干预措施,包括动态肌贴(DT)、肌内效贴(KT),安慰剂肌贴(ST)、无贴扎四种,其接受的干预条件顺序随机决定,每个干预条件至少间隔一周,避免遗留效应。 动态肌贴体位:踝背屈外翻位 肌内效贴体位(仅使用KT材质胶带(KindMax品牌)):维持踝背屈90°体位贴扎(踝中立位) - 贴扎方法:(均采用“I”型贴) (1) 第一贴:锚点于第一跖趾关节近端2cm,20%拉力绕足底→内踝→外踝→腓骨长肌肌腹 (2) 第二贴:跖屈位,跖骨头→跟腱→小腿肌腹2/3处,10%拉伸力 (3)第三贴,锚点位于足跟后缘上方2cm,10%的拉力贴于内外踝处 对于安慰剂肌贴(ST):使用颜色相似的无弹性胶布,在相同解剖位置的皮肤上贴扎,不跨越踝关节 不施加拉伸力。 无贴扎:仅实施疲劳方案,踝部无任何贴扎处理 即刻进行标准化疲劳方案:等速测试仪(参数设置:角速度60°/s,力矩60N.m)诱发内/外翻肌疲劳,提踵运动诱导腓肠肌疲劳,当两个方向的扭矩输出连续三次低于50%IPT以及脚跟高度连续三次小于起始点的一半时,认为发生疲劳。

Intervention:

A total of 24 sample sizes comprise a group, and each participant receives four interventions, including dynamic muscle taping (DT), intramuscular effect taping (KT), placebo muscle taping (ST), and no taping(NT), and the order of the intervention conditions they receive is randomly determined Dynamic taping position: ankle dorsiflexion and valgus position kinesiology taping (KT tape only (KindMax brand)): ankle dorsiflexion 90° position (neutral ankle) - Taping method: (all use "I" type tape) (1) First patch: anchor point 2cm proximal to the first metatarsophalangeal joint, 20% tension around the sole of the foot → ankle → ankle → peroneus longus muscle belly. (2) Second patch: metatarsal flexion position, metatarsal head → Achilles tendon → 2/3 of the calf muscle belly, 10% stretching force (3) Third patch, anchor point located 2 cm above the posterior border of the heel, 10% tension applied to the inner and outer ankle For sham taping (ST): use similarly colored non-elastic adhesive tape, applied to the skin in the same anatomical location, not across the ankle joint. No tensile force is applied. No taping(NT): fatigue protocol only, without any taping of the ankle Standardized fatigue protocols were performed immediately: isokinetic tester (parameter settings: angular velocity 60°/s, torque 60 N.m) induced fatigue of the internal/external piriformis muscle, and heel lift induced fatigue of the gastrocnemius muscle. Fatigue was considered to have occurred when the torque output in both directions fell below 50% IPT for three consecutive times and when the heel height was less than half of the starting point for three consecutive times.
