研究目的:

明确“ta-VNS同步反馈”作为MI-BCI闭环通路中主动反馈调控方式对脑卒中后感觉-运动脑区功能重塑的关键作用。  

Objectives of Study:

To clarify the key role of "ta-VNS synchronous feedback" as an active feedback regulation mode in the MI-BCI closed-loop pathway on the functional remodeling of sensorimotor brain areas after stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.既往双侧或单侧迷走神经损伤,曾接受过迷走神经手术的研究参与者; 2.体内正在使用心脏起搏器或其他神经刺激器的研究参与者; 3.存在认知功能障碍的研究参与者; 4.刺激部位存在感染、溃疡或疤痕的研究参与者。 5.心率低于每分钟60次(心动过缓)的研究参与者。 6.怀孕和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Previous bilateral or unilateral vagus nerve injury, study participants who have undergone vagus nerve surgery; 2. Study participants who are using a pacemaker or other neurostimulator in vivo; 3. Study participants with cognitive impairment; 4. Study participants with infection, ulcers, or scars at the site of irritation. 5. Study participants with a heart rate of less than 60 beats per minute (bradycardia). 6. Pregnant and lactating women.

在此研究中,由研究者事先分别从1到40为每位脑卒中患者依次进行编号,确保每位患者有且只有一个编号;使用EXCEL为每位患者生成各自的随机数,将患者的各自随机数从小到大进行排序号(随机数相同的按照患者编号顺序进行排序);规定序号1~10的患者分配至ta-VNS同步反馈MI-BCI组,序号11~20的患者分配至ta-VNS非同步干预MI-BCI组,序号21~30的患者分配ta-VNS假刺激MI-BCI组;序号31~40的患者分配单纯ta-VNS干预组。再从41-80为每位健康受试者依次进行编号,确保每位受试者有且只有一个编号;使用EXCEL为每位受试者生成各自的随机数,将受试者的各自随机数从小到大进行排序号(随机数相同的按照患者编号顺序进行排序);规定序号41~50的患者分配至ta-VNS同步反馈MI-BCI组,序号51~60的患者分配至ta-VNS非同步干预MI-BCI组,序号61~70的患者分配ta-VNS假刺激MI-BCI组;序号71~80的患者分配单纯ta-VNS干预组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

In this study, the researchers numbered each stroke patient from 1 to 40 in order to ensure that each patient had one and only one number. EXCEL was used to generate their own random numbers for each patient, and the patient's random numbers were sorted from small to large (the same random numbers were sorted according to the patient number order). The patients with the prescribed serial numbers 1-10 were assigned to the ta-VNS synchronous feedback MI-BCI group, the patients with the serial numbers 11-20 were assigned to the ta-VNS non-synchronous intervention MI-BCI group, and the patients with the serial numbers 21-30 were assigned to the ta-VNS sham stimulation MI-BCI group. Patients with serial numbers 31 through 40 were assigned to the TA-VNS-only intervention group. Then each healthy subject was numbered from 41 to 80 to ensure that each subject had one and only one number. EXCEL was used to generate their own random numbers for each subject, and the subjects' respective random numbers were sorted from small to large (the same random numbers were sorted according to the patient number order). The patients with the serial numbers of 41-50 were assigned to the ta-VNS synchronous feedback MI-BCI group, the patients with the serial numbers of 51-60 were assigned to the ta-VNS non-synchronous intervention MI-BCI group, and the patients with the serial numbers of 61-70 were assigned to the ta-VNS sham stimulation MI-BCI group. Patients with serial numbers 71 through 80 were assigned to the TA-VNS-only intervention group.
