主要目的：探讨基于CT/MRI的身体成分分析结果改善10年动脉粥样硬化性心血管病发病风险模型预测能力的可行性 次要目的：探讨基于CT/MRI的身体成分不同部位间的差异，与临床、检验结果间的相互关系。  

Objectives of Study：

First objective: To investigate the feasibility of improving the prediction ability of 10-year atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk model based on CT/ MRy-based body composition analysis Secondary objective: To investigate the correlation between different slices of CT/ MRI-based body composition and clinical and laboratory results.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.动脉粥样硬化性心血管病（临床明确诊断的急性冠状动脉综合征、稳定性冠心病、血运重建术后、缺血性心肌病、缺血性卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、外周动脉粥样硬化疾病等）、出血性卒中的患者；
2.首次住院后患者不再在本医院就诊；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (clinically diagnosed acute coronary syndrome, stable coronary heart disease, revascularization, ischemic cardiomyopathy, ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack, peripheral atherosclerotic disease, etc.) or hemorrhagic stroke; 2. After the first admission, the patient no longer sought treatment in our hospital;
